Concierge Hub
The Concierge and residents lounge will be open and accessible 24/7 for private residents.
Private Residents Lounge
The private residents lounge will be open and accessible to residents from Q1/Q2 2025 subject to booking on an exclusive or shared basis. The essence of this facility is flexible use working and entertaining area, where residents can host gatherings, and meet with friends and neighbours. This area will be WIFI enabled and equipped with a fitted kitchenette, meeting room and games facilities.
Communal Roof Terraces & Courtyard Garden
Please refer to your lease for full details on which private areas you are permitted to access across the development. Note that BBQs are not permitted on any balconies or terraces as stated in the lease restrictions.
Wellness Centre
The wellness centre is open to residents every day including weekends (exc. New Years Eve and earlier closing times on Christmas Eve).
You will be required to complete an induction before you are able to use these facilities. This can be organised by contacting Motiv8 by telephone on 020 8481 9700 or by email at wellnesscentre@postmark.london
During the induction you will be required to sign a health questionnaire and will be shown the ‘house rules’ of using the facility which include Health and Safety. Once the induction is complete, your entry fob will be updated to allow you access into the gym for a whole year. Your health questionnaire will then need to be reviewed and updated as required annually to keep an accurate record of your health.
You will be charged an induction fee, which will need to paid directly to Motiv8.
Cycle storage
Please refer to your lease for full details as to which cycle stores are designated for your block. Note that all residents have access to the overflow cycle store in the basement, once build complete.
Parking
There is private underground parking in the development for those residents that have purchased a space as part of their sale. Further details on how to access and use the car lift will be provided separately closer to the time of when the parking is available.
Post
Your post will be delivered in your locked post box located in the entrance lobby, please collect your post daily.
Refuse and Recycling
Please refer to your lease for full details as to which refuse stores are designated for your block.
London Borough of Islington will collect waste and recycling from the refuse store weekly.
London Borough of Islington offer a bulky waste collection service. This includes waste that is not covered in the weekly waste collection such as appliances or large furniture. There is a charge for this service.
